Onderhavige opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten en heeft als voorwerp het verlenen van gespecialiseerde diensten inzake expertise, coördinatie en (senior)projectmanagement in verband met het masterplan campus Sint-Jan voor het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg. Gezien de bijzondere omvang van het masterplan campus Sint-Jan, de complexiteit van de verschillende deelprojecten en de nood aan een geïntegreerde aansturing, wenst ZOL een beroep te doen op een gespecialiseerde partner voor het opnemen van de rol van senior projectmanager masterplan. Deze opdracht omvat de inhoudelijke aansturing, coördinatie en opvolging van het masterplan en de bijhorende bouwprojecten, met als doel de samenhang tussen de deelprojecten te bewaken, kritische mijlpalen tijdig te realiseren en een efficiënte en correcte uitvoering van het totale programma te verzekeren. De dienstverlener (hierna: “senior masterplanmanager”) treedt hierbij op als inhoudelijk expert, strategisch adviseur en aanspreekpunt van de bouwheer en wordt verwacht studies, ontwerpen, ramingen, lastenboeken en aanbestedingsdocumenten kritisch te beoordelen, de voortgang te evalueren en hierover aanbevelingen te formuleren aan management en directie. De senior masterplanmanager fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de subsidieverlenende overheid VIPA en verzorgt de communicatie en praktische afstemming.
