Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d’un bureau d’études pour une mission d’études et de suivi de l’exécution des travaux de rénovation et d’extension de la crèche Crac-En-Lune située à 6060 Gilly, rue de l’Hôpital, 21. L’état général du bâtiment est vétuste et l’ASBL Crèches La Roseraie souhaite entamer des travaux de transformation et de rénovation afin de mettre en conformité et d’améliorer le bâti existant. Par ailleurs, afin de répondre au besoin de places d’accueil, l’ASBL Crèches La Roseraie souhaite étendre la capacité d’accueil de la crèche Crac-En-Lune à 70 places. L’ASBL Crèches La Roseraie souhaite, avec ce projet de rénovation et d’extension, répondre à l’appel à projet « Rénovation – Sauvegarde de places existantes » lancé par le Service Public de Wallonie, dans le cadre de la programmation quinquennale 2026-2030, pour le subventionnement des infrastructures et équipements des milieux d’accueil de la petite enfance.
