Le présent marché de services porte sur la désignation d’une équipe de projets pour étudier : - (1) La mise en conformité et la rénovation de la « Salle Jean XXIII » à Bastogne en vue d’adapter les installations (électrique, chauffage, technique, …) selon les normes réglementaires actuelles sur base, a minima, de l’audit technique repris en annexe du présent cahier des charges, - (2) « Les travaux d’opportunité » qui ont comme objectif de rénover la salle et les infrastructures annexes pour les rendre plus confortables, plus adaptées aux demandes des régisseurs/producteurs/artistes/organisateurs, plus autonomes par rapport à l’école et avec des charges de consommation mieux maîtrisées, - (3) L’amélioration de l’accessibilité de la Salle et de l’Ecole (INDSé) pour les utilisateurs du parking et pour les services de secours. L’équipe de projets sera constituée au minimum des spécialistes suivants et fait l’objet d’un critère de sélection qualitative : architecte ou ingénieur civil architecte, ingénieur dédié aux études de stabilité, ingénieur à orientation en construction / électromécanique (familièrement appelé « ingénieur en techniques spéciales »), un conseiller en prévention de niveau 2 et d’un ingénieur ou technicien de la scène et du spectacle. Le soumissionnaire à l’obligation de visiter les lieux concernés afin d’appréhender toutes les conditions particulières d’exécution du présent marché. Les dates de visite sont fixées : - Mercredi 21 octobre 2026 à 13h30 - Mardi 27 octobre 2026 à 13h30 - Jeudi 29 octobre 2026 à 13h30 - Vendredi 6 novembre 2026 à 13h30 - Lundi 9 novembre 2026 à 14h30 Dans tous les cas, pour la bonne organisation des visites, chaque soumissionnaire doit obligatoirement prendre rendez-vous par mail ou par téléphone avec Richard CONSTANT – 0496 549 516 – [contact details removed]
