Avtalens hovudleveranse er behandling av Kunden sit matavfall. Dersom Kunden berre vel hovudleveransen vil Kunden sjølv organisere transport av avfallet til behandlingsanlegget leverandøren brukar. Anskaffinga inneheld opsjon på henting og transport av matavfallet frå Kunden sin lokasjon til behandlingsanlegget Leverandøren brukar. Dersom Kunden løyser ut opsjonen vil avtalen dekke alle tenester knytt til transport og behandling av avfallet.
