De aanbestedingsprocedure heeft als doel om door middel van gunning een Overeenkomst te sluiten met één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het verrichten van de dienst 'Bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werk' voor de TU Delft. De Opdrachtnemer biedt minimaal twee en maximaal drie vaste BMW’ers aan ten behoeve van deze Opdracht. De TU Delft verwacht op basis van de huidige inzichten een gemiddelde behoefte aan BMW van circa 34 uur per week, met een maximale omvang van 1496 uur per jaar. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde van deze aanbesteding voor de maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar (inclusief een eventuele verlenging) bedraagt circa €1.162.000,- exclusief btw. De bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werker begeleidt medewerkers binnen de TU Delft bij psychosociale problemen, voor zover deze verband houden met en/of van invloed zijn op de werksituatie, met als doel het welzijn en het effectief functioneren van de medewerker te bevorderen.
