Bardu kommune skal inngå avtale om omsorgstjeneste (heldøgnstjenester) for et barn under 18 år. Tjenesten skal organiseres som barnebolig, hvor barnet bor fast i en bolig utenfor hjemmet, hvor ansatte i boligen utfører den daglige omsorgen på vegne av foreldrene. Kontraktstildeling vil bli foretatt etter prosedyren begrenset tilbudskonkurranse. Anskaffelsen innledes med denne kvalifiseringen. Kontrakten vil bli inngått uten annen kunngjøring av konkurransen enn denne forhåndskunngjøringen.
