Details
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå parallelle rammeavtaler med tre ulike leverandører gjennom avtaleperioden for rådgivende ingeniører (RIX), og to ulike leverandører for arkitekt (ARK).
Rammeavtalen skal bidra til:
• Effektiv og riktig prosjektering som gir oversiktlige og gode konkurransegrunnlag for entreprenører, reduserer risiko og sikrer kostnadseffektive løsninger. • Bærekraftige og innovative løsninger som støtter Avinors mål om reduserte klimagassutslipp, energieffektivitet og sirkulærøkonomi. • Kontinuerlig forbedring og læring gjennom systematisk oppfølging av leveranser og implementering av erfaringer fra tidligere prosjekter.
Rammeavtalen regulerer de overordnede forpliktelsene mellom partene, mens konkrete leveranser avtales og reguleres gjennom avropskontrakter.
