Lieferung und Implementierung eines vollautomatischen Automated Liquid Handling Systems (Pipettierroboters) zur Aliquotierung von Studienproben für die Biobank der Kepler Universitätsklinik im Rahmen eines Kooperationsprojekts mit der Johannes-Kepler-Universität, inklusive Instandhaltung und Nebenleistungen wie Projektplanung und -koordination, Inbetriebnahme des Pipettierroboters, Anbindung an die vorhandene IT-Infrastruktur, Schulung vor Ort und Begleitung durch eine Applikationsspezialist*in sowie Vollservice. Das System muss für die Verarbeitung unterschiedlichster flüssiger Probenmaterialien (u.a. Serum, Plasma, Vollblut, Harn, Liquor) geeignet sein und eine flexible, einfach anpassbare Programmierung zur parallelen Bearbeitung mehrerer Studien mit variierenden Protokollen gewährleisten.Der Aliquotierungsprozess ist vollständig automatisiert auszuführen. Eine nahtlose Anbindung an das bestehende Biobank Information Management System (BIMS) ist zwingend erforderlich.
