Ausgeschrieben wird der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen ür die Installation inkl. Lieferung, Einschulung, Wartung und das reaktive Störungsmanagement für PDH Multiplexer, Netzüberwachungselemente und Richtfunksysteme nebst dafür erforderlichen Begleiteinrichtungen, sowie ein entsprechender Support- und Softwarepflegevertrag für die Dauer der Rahmenvereinbarung. Es gibt auch vergaberechtliche Optionen.
Lots Lot 1 — Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Carrier Infrastruktur 2027-2029 für die Austro Control GmbH: Ausgeschrieben wird der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen ür die Installation inkl. Lieferung, Einschulung, Wartung und das reaktive Störungsmanagement für PDH Multiplexer, Netzüberwachungselemente und Richtfunksysteme nebst dafür erforderlichen Begleiteinrichtungen, sowie ein entsprechender Support- und Softwarepflegevertrag für die Dauer der Rahmenvereinbarung. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von 01. Jänner 2027 bis 31. Dezember 2029. Leistungsort sind die Flugsicherungsstandorte der ACG in Österreich. Festgehalten wird, dass eine Rahmenvereinbarung eine Vereinbarung ist, die zum Ziel hat, die Bedingungen für die einzelnen Aufträge, die während eines bestimmten Zeitraums vergeben werden sollen, festzulegen, insbesondere in Bezug auf den in Aussicht genommenen Preis und die in Aussicht genommene Menge. Ergebnis dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist somit nicht die Erteilung eines einzelnen, inhaltlich bereits vollständig determinierten Auftrags, sondern der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bedingungen für einzelne, noch gesondert auf Grundlage der Rahmenvereinbarung zu erteilenden Aufträgen. Die ggstdl. Rahmenvereinbarung bildet die Höchstabrufmenge. Der Auftraggeber ist jedoch nicht verpflichtet diese Höchstmenge abzurufen.
