Es ist die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung für einen neuen rd. 6.000m² großen Mistplatz mit Rampenanlage und Abwurf in tiefer stehende Mulden auszuführen. Weiters ist eine rd. 4.500m² große Tiefgarage für die Straßenreinigung, Müllabfuhr und Einrichtungen für den Winterdienst (Salzsilo, Soleanlagen, usw.) umzusetzen. Für die MitarbeiterInnen des Standortes ist ein ca. 900m² großes Betriebsgebäude im Obergeschoß des Mistplatzes haustechnisch umzusetzen.
