Details

Errichtet wird ein rd. 8.000m² großer Mistplatz mit Rampenanlage und Abwurf in tiefer stehende Mulden auszuführen. Weiters ist eine rd. 4.500m² große Tiefgarage für die Straßenreinigung, Müllabfuhr und Einrichtungen für den Winterdienst (Salzsilo, Soleanlagen, usw.) umzusetzen. Für die MitarbeiterInnen des Standortes ist ein ca. 900m² großes Betriebsgebäude im Obergeschoß des Mistplatzes.

Lots Lot 1 — VE Generalunternehmer MP16 (estimated 14300000): Errichtet wird ein rd. 8.300m² großer Mistplatz mit einer Erschließungsrampe als Brückenkonstruktion und einer ca. 2.800m² großen Schallschutzeinhausung. Innerhalb der Einhausung ist eine Rampenanlage für den Abwurf in tiefer stehende Mulden auszuführen. Weiters werden am Gelände Flugdächer, Schüttgutboxen und Winterdienstanlagen (Salzsilo- und Soleanlage) errichtet. Für die MitarbeiterInnen des Standortes wird ein Betriebsgebäude mit 160m² NF hergestellt.
