This facility forms part of DMT’s pilot program to activate community sports hubs across Abu Dhabi, operating under a wheel-and-spoke model that integrates indoor sports centers with adjacent outdoor parks and courts to create accessible, high-quality sporting environments for the whole community. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to operate a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused sports facility. The successful investor will enter into a 10-year long-term lease agreement with DMT/ADM, granting the rights to operate and maintain the completed facility at the end of the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in operating similar large-scale sports, wellness, or recreational assets, along with a strong track record in operational excellence.
