The Athabasca Regional Waste Management Services Commission (ARWMSC) invites bid submissions from Contractors for the design and construction of a new operations and maintenance building. Electronic bids will be received through Bids and Tenders (https://ae-ab.bidsandtenders.ca) online bidding system up to 2:00 PM local time on Friday, October 16, 2026.
