Het doel van onderhavige aanbesteding is het selecteren van een architect en een installatieadviseur E+W voor de bouw van een basisschool en een dubbele sporthal in aansluiting op de wijkontwikkelingen van de wijk “De Burgt” in Barneveld.

De Opdracht betreft het ontwerpen en het geven van installatieadvies ten behoeve van: A. Een dubbele sporthal met ontmoetingsruimte, t.b.v. gymonderwijs, sportverenigingen en de wijk met een BVO van 3.800 m2; B. Een 16-klassige basisschool en een zelfstandige ruimte voor een kinderdagverblijf (KDV) met een totaal BVO van 3.100 m2, waarbij in het ontwerp rekening wordt gehouden met en wordt voorbereid op een toekomstige uitbreiding tot maximaal 24 lokalen (totaal BVO 4.200 m2).

De Opdracht is onderverdeeld in 2 percelen, te weten:

- Perceel 1: Architectendiensten (incl. diensten constructeur en bouwfysica i.o.)

- Perceel 2: Installatieadviesdiensten
