De Opdracht betreft de levering van gecertificeerde arbodienstverlening ten behoeve van de Aanbestedende dienst. De Opdracht omvat in ieder geval:
1. Verzuimpreventie en verzuimbegeleiding;
2. Begeleiding in het kader van de Wet verbetering poortwachter;
3. Het aanbieden van (anonieme) arbeidsomstandighedenspreekuren;
4. Ondersteuning bij veiligheid en preventie, gericht op het terugdringen van het ziekteverzuim; 5. Communicatie met leidinggevenden en medewerkers over verzuim en preventie;
6. Verzuimadministratie en -registratie;
7. Ondersteuning bij het versterken van de eigen regie van de Opdrachtgever, onder meer door middel van een jaarlijks terugkerende verzuimanalyse met advies aan de directie, het Management Team (MT) en de ondernemingsraad (OR).
