Documents required from bidders: (A) For CPWD enlisted contractor in appropriate composite category., (i) Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to Division office of any EE, CPWD/PWD., (ii) Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any, (iii) Valid CPWD Registration Certificate of appropriate composite category., (iv) GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtai, (v) PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department., (B) For other eligible agencies who are not enlisted under appropriate composite category of CPWD, (i) Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to Division office of any EE, CPWD/PWD, (ii) Certificate of Financial Turnover from C.A. (Form A), (iii) Bankers Certificate (Form B) or Net worth Certificate (Form B1), (iv) Experience in similar nature of work during last seven years (Form-C), (v) Performance Report of works (Form D).
