Ressalto que baseada em solicitação da Contratada de Manutenção demonstrando que o equipamento está obsoleto e portanto, apresenta problemas frequentes em virtude de seu longo período de utilização. O aparelho foi instalado à aproximadamente 10 (dez) anos, o que justifica os problemas frequentes da máquina em virtude de seu tempo de vida útil. Faz também a necessidade de aquisição e instalação de novos equipamentos para suprir a tomografia, Same e administração.
