TO shall possess Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architectural, or relevant Diploma by BCA e.g. Specialist Diploma Architectural Technology (SDAT), or relevant certification by ITE e.g. Technical Engineer Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure: (a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars. (b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.
