CRITICAL CRITERIA: Registration with Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. Registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and possession of a valid practising certificate, or a valid license issued by the PEB to supply professional engineering services as required under the Contract, are critical criteria. TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA): Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached to LTA via email to [contact details removed] with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract T3181': (1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/drawings, Viewing documents/drawings & Tender Briefing; (1a) Term NDA declaration, pls quote the Term NDA reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA27xxx); and (1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA. Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 28 SEPTEMBER 2026, the full name of company and representatives (maximum 3 representatives for each company) for the Tender Briefing via link or QR code as stated in Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) Clause 3.1.
