About the Grace Berlin Accelerator

The Grace Berlin Accelerator supports ambitious female entrepreneurs and women-led startup teams as they develop and strengthen their ventures within Berlin’s startup ecosystem. The program has already supported more than 200 founders, creating a growing network of entrepreneurs who continue to exchange knowledge, collaborate, and support one another after completing the accelerator. The accelerator combines financial support with structured business development and personal growth opportunities. What Does the Program Offer? Selected founders participate in an intensive eight-month, full-time accelerator.

The program includes:

A monthly stipend of €2,500 gross. Expert coaching and tailored mentoring. Access to a network of more than 200 mentors. Peer-group learning with approximately 15 fellow founders.
