About the Kectil Program
The Kectil Program is a flagship initiative of The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation. It prepares emerging leaders to address challenges in their communities by combining leadership education, mentorship, global dialogue, practical project development, and lifelong networking. The program’s international network includes more than 14,000 young leaders from over 100 countries. Purpose of the Program The Kectil Program seeks to bridge the gap between young people’s ambitions and their readiness to lead effectively.
