Projects should demonstrate how they can contribute to positive and sustainable outcomes for young people. Focus on Indigenous Communities The Healthy Horizons Foundation has a particular emphasis on Indigenous communities. Applicants should clearly identify the Indigenous communities that will be impacted by their proposed program.
