1. Contexte

À l’occasion de ses 80 ans, l’UNICEF célèbre huit décennies d’engagement en faveur des droits et du bien-être de chaque enfant 1946-2026.

En Algérie, cet anniversaire offre une occasion privilégiée de raconter cette histoire : celle de l’engagement de l’UNICEF en faveur de chaque enfant, celle des progrès réalisés avec les partenaires nationaux et celle des défis qui appellent une mobilisation collective renouvelée. Mais cette histoire ne saurait se raconter uniquement à travers les réalisations institutionnelles.

2. Objectif

La prestation demandée a pour objectif d’assurer l’organisation complète de la cérémonie officielle UNICEF@80, la conception et l’installation d’une exposition photographique immersive ainsi que la création d’un espace interactif et digital dédié aux perspectives d’avenir des enfants, afin d’offrir une expérience mémorable, participative et mobilisatrice pour l’ensemble des visiteurs et partenaires.

A cet effet, l’UNICEF ALGERIE lance un appel d’offres national destiné a recruter une agence de communication/ d’organisation d’event afin de préparer et d’encadrer le déroulement de cette journee de commémoration.

3. Soumission

Les prestataires intéressés sont priés de consulter les TdR en annexe et de soumettre leurs dossiers de soumission technique et financière au plus tard le 02 novembre 2026 à minuit.
