Description succincte du marché : La Commune lance un appel à projets auprès de promoteurs, bailleurs et/ou groupements pluridisciplinaires pour la réalisation d'une opération d'ensemble sur les îlots « TAILLEFER » et « DALBERT », situés à l'entrée de ville Nord. Cette opération vise à requalifier l'entrée de ville et amorcer le renouvellement urbain du quartier De Marcieu, à travers la création d'une offre de logements diversifiée, adaptée aux besoins des jeunes ménages et des personnes âgées, tout en favorisant la mixité sociale et urbaine. Le projet devra également intégrer les enjeux liés au logement locatif aidé, au développement d'activités professionnelles, à l'optimisation du stationnement et à la limitation de l'imperméabilisation des sols. La Commune souhaite ainsi faire émerger une opération qualitative et à forte valeur ajoutée, conciliant ambition urbaine, qualité environnementale et équilibre économique durable
