L’OIM invite les Organisations non gouvernementales nationales et locales à soumettre leurs manifestations d’intérêt pour la mise en œuvre des activités afférentes à ce projet. Des informations complémentaires sur les activités sont fournies dans les Termes de Références (TDR) joint au courriel électronique de publication de l’appel (ANNEXE A).
L’appel à manifestation d’intérêt a pour but de préqualifier les partenaires ayant les capacités à mettre en place les activités demandées. Les soumissionnaires préqualifiés (sur la base de l’ANNEXE C) seront évalués sur la pertinence et la qualité documents programmatiques tels que la proposition narrative, la proposition budgétaire et autres documents (ANNEXE B, D et E) pour les activités demandées suivant le Termes de Référence (ANNEXE A).
