Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) d'élaborer la méthodologie de l'étude, de préparer les outils de collecte, de conduire la collecte et l'analyse des données quantitatives et qualitatives, d'animer l'atelier de restitution et de produire le rapport final de l'étude. Il/Il/elle devra également analyser les dispositifs existants de prévention et de lutte contre le travail des enfants, concevoir l'architecture du Système de Suivi et de Remédiation du Travail des Enfants (SSRTE), élaborer les procédures de référencement et de remédiation, développer les outils de suivi (fiches, registres, formulaires, base de données et tableaux de bord), définir les indicateurs de suivi et élaborer le manuel opérationnel du SSRTE.
