Oppdragsgiver skal i tråd med politisk vedtak anskaffe 60-100 sykehjemsplasser for personer med demens og somatiske langtidsbehov.Det skal inngås leieavtale og tjenesteytingsavtale med en og samme leverandør. Det er en forutsetning for kontrakten at valgt leverandør fremskaffer, eier og stiller til disposisjon nødvendige lokaler på Askøy for tjenesteutførelsen. Leverandøren skal påta seg et totalansvar for å levere (utforme, prosjektere, bygge og leie ut), samt forvalte, drifte og vedlikeholde sykehjemmet.Konkurransen er reservert for ideelle organisasjoner, jf. anskaffelsesforskriften § 30-2a.Vi gjør oppmerksom på at det i kunngjøringsskjemaet er opplyst at det er en åpen anbudskonkurranse. Dette er fordi det per i dag ikke er teknisk mulig å velge prosedyren "åpen tilbudskonkurranse" i kunngjøringsskjemaet når skjema eForm 20 Helse- og sosialtjenester benyttes. Vi understreker imidlertid at prosedyren som skal benyttes er "åpen tilbudskonkurranse".
