Formålet med denne anskaffelsen er å inngå én kontrakt med én leverandør for etablering av ny pumpeledning og øvrig teknisk infrastruktur over Tørla, samt gang- og sykkelveg, saksnr. 25/12460. Sula kommune og Ålesund kommune har inngått et samarbeid om å etablere et felles renseanlegg på Kvasnes i Sula kommune. Renseanlegget skal ta imot avløpsvann fra fire av dagens avløpssoner i Ålesund kommune og fem avløpssoner i Sula kommune. Det skal i denne forbindelse etableres overføringsledning for trykkavløp (pumpeledning for spillvann) lagt i grøft, med tilhørende nødvendig VA-anlegg. øvrig teknisk infrastruktur og etablering av GS-veg langs deler av VA-trasé. Dette gjelder på nordsiden av Fv. 6218, fra krysset ved Hankane til krysset ved Årvikvegen. Oppstart av kontrakten er planlagt sent høsten 2026, forutsatt gjennomført tildeling og kontraktsignering, jf. Del 0, pkt. 2.1.3. Byggestart er senest uke 45, 2026, med ferdigstillelse senest 29. oktober 2027.
