Details

Formålet med denne anskaffelsen er inngå kontrakt med en leverandør som skal utføre riving og fjerning av eksisterende bygningsmasse på eiendomene Gbnr. 45/334 og Gbnr. 45/52.

Arbeidet består av:

  • Riving rekkehus bestående av 13 leiligheter, tidligere benyttet som utleie fritidsboliger.
  • Riving eldre hytte
  • Fjerning av betongsokkel til nevnte rekkehus.
  • Fjerning av betongsokler til 2 hytter.
  • Fjerning av fundament til en eldre hytte.
  • Planering av området etter fjerning av betongsokler og fundament.

Oppdraget skal gjennomføres som totalentreprise og vil reguleres av NS 8407 med vedlagte kontraktsbestemmelser.

Planlagt oppstart er snarest etter kontraktsignering. Arbeidet skal være ferdigstilt innen uke 50 2026.
