Formålet med denne anskaffelsen er å bygge et verksted for reparasjon av tyngre kjøretøy, og maskiner. Verkstedet skal også inneholde teknisk rom og garderober.
Verkstedet skal settes opp på gbnr 34/130 i Alvikvegen 194, der det i dag står et gammelt verksted som er under riving. Eiendommen er knyttet til offentlig vei og VA-anlegg.
Tiltaket er nabovarslet og det foreligger ingen merknader. Det er gitt rammetillatelse datert
21.04.2026. Øvrige søknader skal totalentreprenør være ansvarlig for
Totalentreprenør skal stå ansvarlig for all prosjektering og arbeid som kreves innen ulike faggrupper for å kunne bygge og ferdigstille et verksted etter vedlagte funksjonsbeskrivelse.
Planlagt oppstart er snarest etter kontraktsignering. Verkstedet ønskes ferdigstilt innen 01.06.2027.
Prosjektets fremdrift vil avtales nærmere med totalentreprenør ved utarbeiding av fremdriftsplan.
Prosjektet er en totalentreprise og reguleres av NS 8407.
