Formålet med avtalen er å dekke kundes behov for lås, beslag og adgangskontroll med tilhørende varer og tjenester iht. kravspesifikasjonen. Leverandør må kunne levere, montere og vedlikeholde de fleste typer låser og beslag, samt produsere og levere nøkler og lignende. Leverandør må også kunne levere, montere og vedlikeholde varer og tjenester knyttet til lås- og adgangskontrollsystem (eksempelvis iLOQ og ARX inkl. lisenser), samt dørautomatikk, dørlukkere og dørpumper. Kunde har en stor og variert bygningsmasse, og har derfor behov for et bredt utvalg av slike varer og tjenester. Oppdrag i denne avtalen vil i hovedsak bestå av levering og montering av lås og beslag til dører, etablering og installasjon av låssystem og adgangskontroll, serviceoppdrag og rådgivning. Leverandør må kunne håndtere både planlagte/ordinære oppdrag og hasteoppdrag (kritiske eller ikke-kritiske) som krever kort responstid.
