Formålet med avtalen er å dekke kundens behov for kjøp av en komplett kranbil, det vil si kranbil med chassis, førerhus, påbygg/skap og kran, iht. kravspesifikasjonen.
Bilen skal benyttes til kraning og frakt av alle typer avfall på korte og lange avstander. Bilen må være tilpasset denne tjenesten og tåle godt høy påkjenning.
