Oppdragsgiver for denne anskaffelsen er ITMidt (interkommunalt IT- og digitaliseringssamarbeid mellom kommunene Melhus, Midtre Gauldal og Skaun) og Orkland kommune.Oppdragsgiver ønsker å anskaffe et helpdesksystem som skal understøtte en moderne, effektiv og brukerorientert tjenesteleveranse. Løsningen skal primært benyttes av IT‑avdelinger til håndtering av henvendelser, feil, bestillinger og oppfølging, men skal også kunne brukes på tvers av organisatoriske enheter og tjenesteområder.Behovet for ny løsning er drevet av økende kompleksitet i systemlandskapet og høyere forventninger fra brukerne, og oppdragsgiver har derfor behov for en løsning som understøtter effektiv saksflyt, strukturert endringshåndtering og god samhandling på tvers av roller og fagmiljøer.Orkland er opsjonskommune for denne anskaffelsen.
