Oslobygg KF har fått i oppdrag å etablere en ny spesialavdeling ved Hovseter skole for elever med diagnoser innenfor autismespekterforstyrrelser.
Det samlede bruttoarealet (BTA) er 1234 m² fordelt over to etasjer samt et teknisk rom på tak. Bygget skal oppføres i massivtre, med synlige treoverflater og utvendig aluminiumskledning, og skal oppfylle krav til plusshusstandard. Bygget skal ha robuste og tilpassede løsninger som imøtekommer målgruppens behov.
Det skal opparbeides et eget uteområde som integreres i eksisterende utomhusanlegg.
