Details

Oslo kommune v/Plan- og bygningsetaten (PBE) er delegert oppgavene for forvaltning av teknisk grunnkart, planregister, eiendomsregister/matrikkel og eiendomsinnmåling. Formålet er å anskaffe moderne forvaltningsløsninger for disse dataene.

Forvaltningsløsningen skal erstatte dagens desktopbaserte, lokalt driftede løsninger og skal sikre at PBE får en forvaltningsløsning som:

* understøtter PBEs lovpålagte oppgaver etter plan- og bygningsloven, matrikkelloven og kart- og planforskriften.

* understøtter effektive og brukervennlige arbeidsprosesser, og reduserer manuelt arbeid og risiko for feil.

* sikre effektiv og pålitelig dataflyt mellom de ulike delene av kart- og geodataforvaltningen

* er skybasert og driftes av Leverandøren (SaaS), med datalagring hos Leverandøren.

* tilfredsstiller kommunens og PBEs krav til informasjonssikkerhet og personvern.

* gir forutsigbar forvaltning, videreutvikling og leverandøroppfølging gjennom hele avtaleperioden.
