Oppdragsgiver skal inngå rammeavtale med 1 leverandør.Husbanken, med om lag 350 ansatte, og Direktoratet for byggkvalitet (DiBK), med om lag 110 ansatte, er besluttet at skal slåes sammen med virkning fra 1. januar 2027. Formålet med sammenslåingen er å styrke den statlige innsatsen innenfor bolig- og bygningspolitikken.Husbanken har behov for bistand fra et erfarent konsulentteam til å utvikle et helhetlig organisasjonsdesign for Husbanken – bolig- og bygningsdirektoratet. En av konsulentene skal lede arbeidsgruppen Nytt organisasjonsdesign, som vil bestå av eksterne konsulenter og interne ressurser.Oppdraget skal gjennomføres som en strukturert prosess med god involvering av ledelse, tillitsvalgte, verneombud, relevante fagmiljøer og andre interessenter. Oppdraget skal lede frem til en anbefaling om fremtidig virksomhetsdesign og organisering for det nye bolig og bygningsdirektoratet.Det skal også kunne gjøres avrop på rammeavtalen på øvrige organisasjonsutviklingsprosjekter. Varighet på rammeavtalen er: 2 år + opsjon 1 + 1 år.Lokasjon: Primært DrammenSe vedlegg for mer informasjon!
