Nærøysund kommune inviterer til konkurranse for kontrahering av en tverrfaglig prosjekteringsgruppe til fase 2, Forprosjekt Rørvik skole (Skolegata 44/46/48 7970 Rørvik).Høsten 2023 ble det gjennomført en mulighetsstudie (fase 1) som avklarte tomtens plassering, overordnede adkomstforhold og volumoppbygging (se vedlegg Mulighetsstudie).Skolen skal dimensjoneres for 600 elever (1. – 10. klasse) med 60 elever per trinn.Kommunestyret har besluttet at det skal utarbeides et forprosjekt for de to alternativene fra mulighetsstudien for skolen i Rørvik, alternativ 3A og 4A.Formålet med forprosjektet er å etablere et tilstrekkelig beslutningsgrunnlag for valg av endelig løsning og investeringsbeslutning. Forprosjektet skal belyse funksjonelle, pedagogiske, tekniske, økonomiske, miljømessige, uteareal, logistikkløsninger, trafikksikkerhetsmessige konsekvenser av de to alternativene, og munne ut i en faglig anbefaling
