Anskaffelsen dekker kjøp av et prosjektstyringsverktøy for bygge- og anleggsprosjekter, som inneholder moduler/funksjonalitet for: - Fremdrift - Økonomi - SHA - Kvalitetshåndtering - Dokumenthåndtering - Kontrakt Det er blant annet behov for at løsningen tillater oppdragsgivers prosjektledere god oversikt over egen prosjektportefølje og fremdriften i egne prosjekter, samt mulighet til å planlegge kommende prosjekter og fremdriften for disse. Videre er det behov for at løsningen gir oppdragsgivers prosjektledere oversikt over budsjett for prosjektet og løpende kostnader i prosjekter, og at dette gjøres i henhold til NS3453 spesifikasjon av kostnader i et byggeprosjekt. Det er også behov for at løsningen gir oppdragsgivers ledere et overordnet blikk over den totale prosjektporteføljen, og prosjektenes samlede økonomi.
