Oppdragsgiver har behov for en felles turnus- og arbeidstidsløsning som skal benyttes av alle sektorer i kommunen. Løsningen skal understøtte en helhetlig og effektiv forvaltning av arbeidstid, redusere dobbeltregistreringer, sikre lik praksis og forenkle administrative prosesser på tvers av organisasjonen.Oppdragsgiver har behov for en fleksibel og fremtidsrettet løsning med gode muligheter for integrasjoner og automatisering, samtidig som krav til sikkerhet, personvern og moderne IT-arkitektur ivaretas. Oppdragsgiver ønsker primært en skybasert løsning, men åpner også for on-prem.
