Finansdepartementet ønsker på vegne av Omstillingskommisjonen å inngå en oppdragsavtale med Konsulent for å lage en kunnskapsoppsummering om eksisterende anslag og scenarioer for utsiktene for etterspørsel, tilbud, importbehov og pris på olje og gass i Europa. Anslått verdi for anskaffelsen er 700 000 - 1 000 000 ekskl. mva. Estimatet er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver. Kontrakten varer fra signering til utført gjennomføring, senest innen 1. februar 2027. For nærmere beskrivelse av leveransen, se bilag 1 til avtalen.
