Rammeavtalen for anleggsentreprenørarbeid i Holmenkollen nasjonalanlegg og på Lillomarka Skiarena skal sikre oppdragsgiver for stabil, effektiv og forsvarlig drift av anleggene gjennom hele året. Hovedtyngden av behovet forventes å være i sommerhalvåret. I denne perioden gjennomføres det normalt prosjekter, driftstilpasninger, vedlikeholdstiltak og utbedringer som krever anleggsarbeider. Omfanget av arbeidene vil kunne variere fra år til år, blant annet avhengig av tildelte vedlikeholds- og investeringsmidler.I vinterhalvåret vil det være behov for maskinelle og manuelle ressurser knyttet til blant annet snøutkjøring i løypenettet, snørydding i anlegget, tribuner og tilhørende uteområder, samt andre nødvendige tiltak for å sikre drift og tilgjengelighet i vintersesongen.
