Par cet avis d’appel d’intérêt, le MDEIE invite tous les prestataires de services ayant une très bonne connaissance des marchés publics et du Système électronique d’appels d’offres du gouvernement du Québec (SEAO) ainsi qu’une forte expertise en animation de formation à se manifester Le présent avis d’appel d’intérêt ne constitue pas un appel d’offres ni une invitation à soumissionner. Aucune obligation légale n’est créée par ce document. Il n’engage et n’oblige d’aucune façon le MDEIE à donner suite au projet en tout ou en partie.
