L’Office National de l’Assainissement a eu un accord de financement sur les ressources de la Facilité de Financement du plan MATTEI (RPFF), géré par le Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement, afin de couvrir le coût de l’Assistance aux Marchés des Travaux (AMT), à la Maîtrise d’Œuvre (AT/MO) et à l’appui, à l’Ordonnancement, au Pilotage et à la Coordination (AT/OPC) des travaux, du projet de réalisation de station d’épuration industrielle à dominance textile au Pôle Epuratoire Monastir Nord « PCEM », et a l’intention de l’utiliser au titre du don pour financer le contrat en objet.
