Details
Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat portent sur l’audit d’achèvement de la mise en œuvre du plan d’action et de réinstallation dans le cadre du projet ci-dessus cité. Il s’agira d’évaluer globalement le niveau de mise en œuvre, de suivi et du respect des procédures de réalisation des activités inscrites dans le PAR (mesures de compensation des PAP, mesures d’accompagnement des PAP et personnes vulnérables et toutes autres actions prévues par le PAR), particulièrement le niveau de mise en œuvre du plan d’actions correctives issu de l’audit de la mise en œuvre du PAR.
