Le présent avis d’appel public à manifestation d’intérêt fait suite à l’Avis général de Passations des Marchés publié dans le journal « Le Soleil » n°016751 du 30 Avril 2026.
Le Gouvernement du Sénégal a obtenu un don du Programme Mondial pour l’Agriculture et la Sécurité Alimentaire (GAFSP), dont la supervision est assurée par la BAD, afin de financer le Projet de Renforcement de la Sécurité Alimentaire et Nutritionnelle Post Covid (PRESAN PC) et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie de ces fonds pour effectuer des paiements au titre du marché relatif à la Sélection d’un consultant individuel en charge des audits annuels de performance environnementale et sociale du Projet de Renforcement de la Sécurité Alimentaire et Nutritionnelle Post-Covid (PRESAN-PC) pour les exercices 2025-2026, 2027 et 2028.
