Cet avis à manifestation d’intérêt fait suite à l’Avis Général de Passation des Marchés du PUDC publié dans le quotidien N°9797 du 26 janvier 2026.
Le Gouvernement du Sénégal a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’Appui au Programme d’Urgence de Développement Communautaire (PA-PUDC), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce prêt pour financer le marché relatif à la « Sélection d’un cabinet pour le contrôle et la supervision des travaux de pistes rurales dans les régions de Kaolack (29,5 km en tranche ferme) et de Diourbel (35.5 km en tranche conditionnelle) » C_VPR_025
