Le Gouvernement du Sénégal a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’Appui au Programme d’Urgence de Développement Communautaire (PA-PUDC), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce prêt pour financer le marché relatif au recrutement d’un cabinet pour le « recrutement d’un cabinet pour le contrôle et la supervision des travaux hydrauliques _ C VH_024 ».
