La République démocratique du Congo (RDC) a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’appui à la gouvernance et au développement des compétences en soutien au Programme de transformation de l’agriculture « PAGDC-PTA» et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce prêt pour financer le contrat de firme de consultant pour mener une étude sur les options innovantes de financement du secteur agricole ainsi qu’une étude de faisabilité d'au moins deux options retenues.
