Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat comprennent de manière globale l’appui à l’UGP pour le contrôle et le suivi de l’exécution des travaux des constructions et rénovations qui seront réalisées dans le cadre des objectifs du Projet. De manière plus détaillée, l’objectif est d’assurer un suivi global et permanent de l’exécution des travaux, en veillant à la fois au contrôle quantitatif et qualitatif des ouvrages réalisés. Il s’agira également de garantir le respect des dispositions contractuelles, des coûts et des délais, tout en assurant la mise en œuvre et le suivi des mesures de sauvegarde environnementales et sociales prévues dans le Plan de Gestion Environnementale et Sociale (PGES) de chaque site de construction. Enfin, il veillera à la conformité des travaux aux règles de l’art ainsi qu’aux prescriptions techniques propres à chacune des parties du marché concerné.
