Le Gouvernement de la République du Cameroun a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD), afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’Appui à la Promotion de l’Entrepreneuriat, à l’Amélioration des Compétences et en soutien à l’Industrialisation (PEAC) et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce fonds pour financer le contrat d’un consultant individuel Assistant (e) en Passation des Marchés.

Le PEAC porte sur les trois Composantes et a pour objectif général de développer les compétences nécessaires aux besoins de l’économie et de promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat et l’emploi des jeunes et des femmes dans les secteurs porteurs notamment, le BTP, le Transport, l’Energie, l’Economie verte, l’Agro-industrie et le secteur transversal des TIC, etc.).
